This is how I started….
I have started this English service 6 years ago in Sapporo Hokkaido as I was eager to help those who wish to learn how to speak English/Japanese. Then thankfully my business got wider and deeper as customers needed me more as a translator for their unique requests such as VISA support, academic transcript check etc.
I have always been a language teacher ever since I was at the high school. I still remember my first student was a grade 1 girl who was my next door neighbor. Her mum and a girl loved my way to teach English as I always used girl’s toys to deliver my lesson, so she never got bored of it and enjoyed our English time.
My time in Australia…
I spent almost 7-8 years of my time in Australia, learning English and pursuing my degree. During these period, I helped many locals and internationals as a Japanese tutor as well as a volunteer teacher at the local primary schools. We talked about Japanese Drama, Anime, comic books, music, food, all sorts of interesting Japanese cultures. If you are interested in learning Japanese, I will be your Japanese tutor!
The education in Australia taught me a whole thing of STEAM Education. It really brown my mind away when I first seen the STEAM class at the local school. I was simply so jealous, because all the children were having this wonderful fun activities everyday and they were so engaged with the class.
My English/Japanese language lesson for children are incorporated with variety of subjects as I believe STEAM Education has a huge power to excel children’s potential and the ability to make a decision.
